Ahhh, the Donation page!

This is where we need to tell you that as a non-profit organization, we rely entirely on private donations to fund our rescue.

We do all the work (happily!), but we need the financial support of caring individuals and businesses to enable us to to make a difference in a horse's life.

There are a few donation options.

Sponsor A Horse

Help us care for a rescued horse.....one who pulls at your heart strings. Just $15.00 per month helps us to lovingly care for the horse of your choice.

Welcome A Horse

This is a great opportunity for businesses to give much needed help, and receive advertisement in return. This option may be donated by individuals, too.

This sponsorship welcomes each horse into our rescue. It aids in transport to us, initial veterinary exam and vaccines, initial farrier visit, and any other essentials needed.

In return, your business or individual name will remain within your horse's website description, for his or her time within our rescue. You may choose to donate in honor of, or in memory of, also.

There is a limit of four Welcome Sponsorships per horse.

Each Welcome Sponsorship is $250.00.

Rescue A Horse

So many horses are going to auction in this economic crisis. Too many horses, with not enough buyers, so they fall prey to the meat dealers.

It costs from $100.00 to $700.00 to purchase a horse from Camelot auction, or the kill pen. That is a significant amount that is not always in our budget.

If you are saddened, or FURIOUS, over the slaughter situation, and would like to save a horse's life, please consider this program.

Your donation would cover the auction fee for a specific horse. You would receive acknowledgment on our website that you are "The Rescuer" of that specific horse, for his or her time in our rescue. You will receive a Liberty Equine Rescue packet with pertinent information and photos of your rescued horse. You may even name him or her!

Liberty will be forever grateful for this wonderful act of kindness.
